It would seem to me that you are absolutely correct, Robert. Perhaps some investors will be mistaken again, though, although the last record date expiry clearly set the down trend. Decidedly, this is a difficult stock to play ...! It's a bit like a lottery. I sold July calls on June 14 (record date, etc.). Yesterday they were worth nothing; what if the stock rebounds seriously? Force Majeure??

Also " Major lawsuit unless they let owners who sold at wrong time have right to buy shares" ... As far as I am concerned, the owners did not sell at the wrong time. Wisely, apparently, the stock has just opened at 62.63.#

Hope they can clean up this mess without too much inconvenience.

Tom

You're right. It's too late to get more shares that would be eligible. Everyone who participates in the IPO will have to be a qualified investor. That means if you haven't reviewed your profile at your broker, now might be a good time to do so. You need to have "speculation" as one of your investment goals, and at least "good" investment experience. SFE will have their hands full trying to insure compliance.
