For the most part, yes. 133 listings is a good number but I would cut it in half or more to get a real sense of potential.

A couple of things to note. (NOTE: My experience is in IT ONLY)

A) How many OTHER vendors have the same requirements. Often you will get 3-4 firms posting for the same positions and that is conservative. I would say the norm is easliy 5+. Do they have exclusive customers?

B) Quite Often, Company A will FAX/Email you 20 job reqs. which you will bust your ass to fill only to find out:
- They were testing waters
- They don't have approval yet
- They really only NEED 2 right now but would like to prepare
- They must be offered to current employees first and if there is any left...
- Project cancelled or scaled back
- Joe's IT Placement had the reqs. 2 weeks before you did and they have enough resumes

And the big winner... DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY REQS YOU GET. IF YOUR RECRUITING STAFF IS WEEK YOU WON"T FILL A SINGLE ONE....
