I see it. Thanks. . . sort of like looking at one of those 3D computerized graphics you used to see in the mall. . .where you stare for about 10 minutes, not seeing anything but dots, etc. . . .then suddenly pop. . .you see 3D images of something like whales or man on the moon.

I agree that once a stock opens the door to a "floorless" situation, the holders of the debentures are incented to short the stock down to a point where they come out on top. And yes, it does happen nearly ALL of the time. . . regardless of the prospects of the company.

Hey, UOLP was great for a 180 percent return. . . .so we take it off our SAM board and place on a long-term watch board until we see signs of conversion.

I will venture a guess that UOL Publishing is clueless as to what they signed. . .they just knew they would not have that big bank payment each month. . . either that or they don't care that shareholders are at risk. . . .either way. . . the risk outweighs any benefits.

Thanks UOLP for a 180 percent return on our investments.
