Surprisingly, these come up normally at www.pcquote.com and at
qs-alt.secapl.com

Latest quote is 7/8 although the bid/ask is still slightly over 2. Day's range is 7/8 to 1-1/8, volume is 10500. ITEL comes up at 1/2, last trade on 6/21. Dunno how accurate any of this is!

Redcard,

At ETRADE, if you enter ticker ITEL for a Quote, it comes nothing on bid or ask. But if you just put an order to buy say 100shares ITEL at any limit order, it will tell you the current bid is $2 3/16 ask is $2 3/8, just test it.
