Tony, **OTOT** I am seriously trying to get further away from the computer. After all when you are not invested in junk stocks, there is no need to be watching it all the time. Just spent 3 1/2 weeks in Denmark and only checked stock data 3 or 4 times all on machines using Intel micro-processors. Had hopes of getting on the net at another relatives house, as they had recently contacted me by e-mail. They had bought a brand new K6 system instead of an Intel Pentium because it was much cheaper. They didn't attempt to start the PC, as they told me that it needed to get fixed. It had a nasty habit of stalling out. That bit of news made my heart glow with joy, but I was able to hide my joy. (I am sure you are all saying: Good job Humble carl!) So what to do with all the time? To sit on the beach and drink wine sounds nice. I can sit and think about the days long ago when I set sail for Hawaii on May 1, 1982 from San Diego. Yeap, there was a lot of water to look at during that voyage. Heavy storms were encountered during my first month of sailing up and down the islands. If there is ever to be a next time of that sort of foolishness, I will definitely leave a month later. Maybe Hot Air Balloning is the answer to boredom? Meanwhile I think that I will get a "Hideway Greenhouse" from sunroom.com so that I can grow tomatoes year round. Whether it is stocks or tomatoes: Good things comes to he who waits! I hope that is is the case, as I am only up 11% YTD, but we still have another six months left before 2000 is here. To match the prior year gain of 92% is going to be hard, but Intel can still do it! humble carl
