A little intraday T/A for those who are interested:

I thought we were going to surge northward yet again, however, an intraday "head and shoulders" pattrn has been formed...with the last shoulder at 14 1/8. In case you are unware, this is a bearish pattern. It may be short lived or small in point terms (to 13 1/2 or so), but I think a drop is iminent.

I think we would be in better shape...but we are going down with the market right now. Not to mention that a small correction from recent price appreciation (yesterday and this AM) would be warranted

Ouch, reality can hurt. Maybe Lehman is upping their price target to $40. The Dow Jones article is one of the better done to date, because it shows how screwed all the parties are and how they all need each other to survive, yet their won't be anywhere near enough money to pay off the creditors, forget equity. Wipe out equity at this stage and it is lights out. Throw them a bone to keep things rolling is the best tactic. Then you can wipe them out later or hand the strategic partners equity in the new company as an incentive, screwing the lowly public shareholder. The possibilities to for everyone to screw everyone are endless here. The only player in the game with zero leverage are the poor folks who own the publicly traded stub. It is and will be a ZERO!!!!!!!!
