Lawsuit claims that All-Tech persuaded one investor to loan money to another so he would be able to keep trading on margin. The dummy loaned money to a shell corporation, for Chrissake! The suit is in the courthouse right across the street from my office, think I'll check it out and have some fun. Wonder how it's different from using your credit cards and home equity to meet your margin calls, though. I don't recall a lender ever asking me if I was buying stock on margin.
