To all, if I remember correctly HSAC mentioned that they expect the letter of intent with Road Runner to be completed in a couple of weeks. (this was about 3 weeks ago) Now this would be HUGE NEWS once it hits the wires! Well, the 25-day quiet period expires on either July 2 or July 3. If it expires 7/2 then you'll likely get the release then, along with the obligatory initiations of coverage. If it expires 7/3 (Sat) then that stuff will come on 7/6. A possible play would be buying on 6/30 or 7/1 for a quick pop.
