Terry, I wouldn't expect CSIN to become eligible for delisting under the new requirements mainly because their cash reserves are reportedly sufficient. Though the company is not as yet profitable expectations are that the online gaming industry will prosper and so will most of the casinos. The OTC should boot many companies from the BB because so many were brought public solely for the purpose of enriching the principals and the investment bankers.

P.S. Someone over on Raging Bull (GQ4life) reports receiving something from WorldVision Financial supposedly with bullish predictions on CSIN and CAOL. Similar to Wall Street Research, it's also a PR newsletter!

To all...just read this on RB. The entire post is at:

Main contents <<Just got an email from IR about Reporting.

Great News... Here's the email.
We are working now to be ready for the year 2000. Since Casino was under a different name in Jan of '99, we do not have to file until April of 2000. We will be well ahead of he game before that time. >>

As I responded to "Iralls", <<Co. should "make this official" with some sort of press release in conjunction with a quotation of the regulation. >>

Hopefully this is correct.
Regards,
Terry
