Email received from IR---Laura responded and I would say unequivocally that the company policy is not to comment in any fashion to stock market rumor.....Period!!!My only question to Laura would be why encourage a spot by our bare-chested hero on Cbnc tonight when all Cnbc has done is hype the fact that Mr.Breir will answer such a rumour. So it must be true or Mr.Breir will not respond and all the hype Cnbc has subjected the viewing public to today was completely erroneous and without a doubt libleous to Mr Breir and Beyond.com and as a result to us-the shareholders!!!!!!Sue Herrara did this spot numerous times even showing Mr.Breir's past nakedness(from the waist up) with the lead-in------rumour to be answered tonight.Somehow I doubt such a respectable news department would run such a spot without prior consent from the parties in question.Again,my question is-----are the newsfolk at cnbc liars or pure hucksters or will beyond.com break with company policy and respond to this rumour and if the company does announce anything because they don't respond to rumour, it will have to be to state a deal has been struck!!!!!To steal a phrase from Laura.....PERIOD!!!!!!!!
