SEC would get involved if they suspected anything illegal was going on, and yes, their bankers gave them horrible advice on the PP terms....horrible.

I suspect many shareholders have or will be notifying the SEC and NASD on this stock. It is also possible that if those who lost lots of money do, that an eventual settlement might be reached and some monies returned. Again, that is "if" there was any illegal goings on, as many have speculated here.

I bought a company called ZZZZBest years ago, which went to zero, and I got about 40% of my loss returned to me in a settlement. It took a couple years but I got it.

I don't think TSIG will go to zero, but it sure could go lower if the company doesn't come up with a plan to stop the bleeding.

They have sure failed so far.

Do you think so. Perhaps they had a rip off plan from the start. Gordon knows what he is doing. Get the money and do it again.
