Old line bank management still thinks in terms of processing as the key, where the customer must come to them. New thinking bank management realizes that they need to concentrate on going to the consumer (focus on your customer - a new thought for some of these people) and creating value for your customer. Also, it is unlikely that any of these banks have a clue what the infrastructure costs are going to be, OR they do know and there is no plan to build infrastructure and this is just a red herring attempting to slow the inevitable economic forces of the market.
