The earnings have been moving in the positive direction. The selloff is almost completely delisting related IMHO. It held the $1 mark for a long time. IT really needs to post those numbers for damage control. anything better than a 3 cent loss pershare would be great. anything positive will send it well up. we shall see.

Shaw, I will jump in.Look at the chart on this BBouncer.It has earnings due out in the next week and should be good so I am told.I find it very strange that a company that is trading in the 1.00 range (the requirement) is delisted yet RNTK which is at .55 or so or was gets a 30 day extension to conform.Now keep in mind that this moves easily and it is due to have earnings out in next week. One of two scenarios come to mind. 1)Earnings are good and it has leaked and this is a flush. 2)Earnings are bad and this is already known..... I will lean towards 1) as I feel this company is turning around and I also think it was shorted heavily down from the 2.00 level.I have been on the bid at 1/2 all morning and have yet to get filled which also tells me something is going on here.It was 7/16 bid and I never got filled at 1/2 and sells have been scooped up at 3/8 by the MM's....Makes one wonder doesn't it?????? Do look closely at it as the more people we have scrutinizing it the better..... The Osprey(PHPI) EDIT: One other point.A national market listing is valuable.The requirement is 10 days over 1.00 to maintain it.Isn't this a safe bet that the company will do what it can if it is in turn around to maintain the listing.Should be a double from this level in short order IMHO
