Why is it that short sellers like detjens always feel they are smarter than anyone else. I guess they need the self hype to cover for the fact that they have a position on that has UNLIMITED LIABILITY attached to it...holier than thou is not a very healthy attitude for a trader. Detjens owes you an apology..! regards, flop

Hi Jim,

I too have been wondering why, with all that's going on with TMSR (no sales, toxic convertible debt, burning through cash, etc..), the stock continues to hang in at these high levels. The obvious reason, of course, is that the large share holders have not really started liquidating their holdings yet. Some are doing the sell 3, buy 2 game, to reduce holdings and suck in the clueless. But the real selling has not started yet.

On the "Floorless Preferred Stock/Debenture" thread, there is a great post with an explanation of why TMSR is staying above twenty, and a good target date for when it will start heading down. Check out Message 10223789.

Note: There is also a large short interest which may be also helping to inflate the stock.

- Chris

Damn, Jim.

I was hoping to provoke some sort of intelligent arguement out of you, as I do so love a good arguement. (Obviously)

Snide comments are pretty boring.
