I am isolating on TRAN INDEX and now at 3,352 after bouncing off 3,351 lows. Need to hold 3,350 into the close and this is the great warning sign for me for DOW capitulation.

Dow must hold 10,530. 10,425 is capitulation level where it breaks and breaks hard.
