MCHM, interesting thing is their safe harbor statement in the news release was too narrow to offer them much protection: "To the extent that this press release discusses matters relating to the development of future products, these are forward-looking statements and are subject to various risk factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed in the forward-looking statements." Some of their other forward-looking statements in the text, for example the expected issuance of a patent, and the value of a license, don't appear to be protected by this statement. When the stock falls far enough for the class-action attorneys to get interested, that might serve them well.
