MM

I totally agree that the company is handling the news about Mr. Flores and his research results in a very LOW KEY manner.

I alone as a single individual with with no funding but working full time could probably spread the word faster and more effectively than they have.

There have been a few people on RB that have started to spread the word the the AIDS organizations about this news. Mr. Flores could have hired a secretary working on the internet to spread this news last year if he wanted. They first saw the effect of the treatment on HIV/AIDS in 1994.

I spent some time reading what new developments are available to AIDS patients on some of the news groups and there ain't much out there. Yet if I had the virus and were to read the results of Mr. Flores treatments, I would start knocking on doors to find how I could get it,... you must also remember that it is made of all natural.

There are alot of motivated people in the AIDS organizations of the world, that would pressure governments to to the final testing and if good allow the treatment into their countries, yet Mr. Flores and UPCA
have not even spread the news to these organizations.

I could probably walk into any major AIDS hospital, get the doctors to read Mr. Flores results and get the ball rolling. How come two companies cannot do this?????

If Mr. Flores treatment works as stated, it is their responsibility to get this out ASAP,.... people's lives are at stake.

Pat

Here are a few things we have to clear up with the company today:

1) have there ever been any HIV/AIDS patients that were given the treatment that did not respond favorably and the disease is still very much present?

2) Why does Mr. Flores have to go to another country to do his tests,.... was he kicked out of Portugal for performing his tests, if not why not stay there, invite AIDS researchers and officials to view the tests and results (the same thing that would have been done in the Bahamas). Also we heard Spain was very open to his research and results, why not go there?

3) Since it was announced that Mr. Flores would be doing final tests in the Bahamas with the AIDS Foundation of the Bahamas, they certainly should have cleared this with the government of the Bahamas officials before making this announcement. What are we seeing here, incompetence or the government of the Bahamas has changed it's mind and if so, why?

4) Someone on a previous post already brought this next point up and I think it is important. Even though UPCA owns 70% of NTC, it is still Mr. Flores that controls his company. He can opt for a buy out from a large company if he wants. If he does we would share in this buy out, except if he has the power to issue more shares in his company and therefore dilute the UPCA percentage of ownership. I doubt if this can happen but it would be good verify.

5) how many dealerships were planned to have been bought by the end of June, and how many were actually bought,.... what were the problems that caused the delays and will these problems continue in the future, and if they do shouldn't the company do a more realistic PR about their acquisition plan?

Finally as someone else posted, I think it is an excellent idea for each of us to contact as many AIDS organizations as possible and get them the info on Mr. Flores and his treatment. I myself am already in touch with 2 AIDS groups and plan to call more. I also plan to call some major news groups (newspaper and TV) and pass the info along to them.

The company said they are preparing an information package that they will be passing on the brokers, etc... I hope they have all the major AIDS organizations of the world on that list.

Is there anyone that was able to hear the interview with Mr. Flores posted on the Wall Street Interviews site yet? I haven't been able to find it,.... help me anyone. Also I can't hear the Wallstreet Interview on UPCA, I keep getting an error, has there been anyone that heard it?

Pat

Just catching up with the thread. WILD trading.

Laughed myself silly over the press release last night. I should know better, but I really didn't think all that many people would be dumb enough to fall for it.

I was wrong. Barnum was right.
