My thought is I must need my vision corrected because it takes me three times as long to read a post that is in caps as it does one that is properly typed. ouch!

Masteq, guess you are not familiar with private placements and the accompaning registration of stock. These people are not selling their stock. The stock that was sold in the placements was not registered and cannot be sold until it is registered. It is now being registered.

I bought stock in one of these placements and am listed as a selling shareholder in the registration. I paid the company for the stock just like all of the others listed in the registration. This does not mean I am going to be selling this stock, it simply means that I can sell. I am currently buying in the open market like most of the other people that bought in the private placements and I hold much more than what is listed in that document.

I hope this helps your understanding.

BTW drop the caps.

Joe
