Good luck on ITEC,,,approaching 1 month under $1. It'll either head back over $1 fast or stay around these levels with that news. I sure haven't spent the time you have on researching it, but my glance at the graph combined with the company news releases saying they are still trying to push the 90k preferred through tells me this won't be over for at least another month,,,,by which time the NAS authorities will probably add insult to injury by issuing their listing warning, thus keeping the share price down. Looking forward to see how it works out for you. -Mark
