Ron,

I don't think US gold has been sold forward. It has been leased, but physically it has not really moved from its storage site and delivered to a buyer.

If someone has differing evidence, I would appreciate being made aware of it.

Again, there is a difference between leasing that gold out on paper, not physically. Physical leasing would require physical replacement. Paper leasing requires paper replacement or paying off the obligation with cash.
