After many weeks of coverage Truthseeker is dropping coverage on SHAL. After going over the press release Garrett Krause is doing the right thing by actually doing a IPO and is going to file a registration on TheMovieSource.com with the SEC. This one could actually be successful. "TheMovieSource.com intends to file a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and conduct an initial public offering ("IPO") of its stock sometime in the future. However, TheMovieSource.com can provide no assurances that it will conduct an IPO, and is unable to comment at this time about the timing or any specifics of an IPO.
