Sure, and you can bet the trustee for those bondholders is going to drive AMD right out of business, ASAP! Then the bondholders would get their money back with interest, right?

AMD has several BOND issues.

The only thing I know for sure is that BONDS sold in the 1995/96 time frame have pledged MEgaFLOP 25 as collateral for the bonds.

So, if AMD defaults, the bondholders will receive Arsenic cannisters, acid waste disposal systems, and a lot of 0.35 micron process equipment - with very little mileage !
