paul...ot ot elders had some unusual theories...unlike the esteem dr koop.....who is an avid supporter of the american head lice association...if you are picking nits, your hands are occupied... ibm is separated into discrete cost centers/business groups....service is one group.....they treat any other ibm group as a customer....sort of an every group for itself concept...cpq recently announced the division of the company into three groups, again keeping service as a stand alone cost center...
