It won't be long now ! Old Gordo has seemingly done it again. I hope they nail his ass this time. He got away with the same sh%t at PHXS, hopefully he won't get away with this twice. If you get a chance to go to the meeting you should. It should be real interesting, at least the last PHXS shareholder meeting was, the one where they said everything would be alright and they where looking for additional financing (no guarantees of course), then weeks later bankrupt. End of story. IMHO Gordon and all his cronies that follow him from company to company are all crooks. I have been going back and reading some of the posts over the past few weeks and TSIG, sounds more and more like the PHXS scenario. It is almost scary. I can't believe Gordo said he didn't know his financing (PP) was floorless. BS, he did the same thing at PHXS, and it drove the share price down the tubes. I read the 8K, and I couldn't believe my eyes. Hwang, Guild, etc. all gone. You are now left with Gordo running day to day operations with Henry. Talk about the blind leading the blind. And then the authorized share thing, 100 mil to 300 mil. Anyway, I am just passing through. I am truly sorry to see that Gordon has done this again. Don't think for a second he doesn't or didn't know what was going on either. I feel for all of you who still own shares, I have been in your shoes before with PHXS. Good luck to all. Gator
