I guess my question to SI's management would be, "are they concerned with indications that long term SI supporters are giving up? Has SI thought about the possible repercussions to losing members that are not only knowledgeable, but embody the heart and soul that was SI's original vision. Have they weighed the long term effects of losing these members since SI may become more and more like raging bull or yahoo where it is a haven for P&D types, gurus and followers, rather than a place that harbored a number of savvy industry and market contributors.

The datek ad seems to be a tactical move, but listening to those SI contributors that are upset might be a good strategic move.

. I don't think Tim Luke's departure had anything to do with Datek.

Yeah well, big deal that guy hated cats anyway.
