Allan, I'm really pleased that IPV bit the bullet on Tisma; this business (I think) is now behind us...now we've got a good backlog of orders, new product going out, all the old stuff said before...the impact on the bottom line should be very positive...I'm still guessing at $0.15/shr in 12 months (just a guess). I agree with you.. IR said they should release Q1 within 6wks but trying their best to have it out in 4wks.. also, as the conference call revealed a huge chunk of the liabilities worth 5.7M will be paid by whoever bought TISMA.. it is a little deceiving being reported in Q4 (since TISMA was sold after Q4 - in May to be exact).. Anyway.. hopefully we will start seeing the price head back north soon.. 3 - 4 wks? Allan
