Well, I look at it slightly defferently- You are paying less than $10 for a business with $5 dollars in cash, trough earnings of $1 and peak earnings of $2.50. so your risk assets of $4 are growing annually at anywhere from 25% to 60% annually. I love those numbers.

I know they were actively seeking an acquisition before the crisis and I feel they are now ready to make an acquisition IF it would complement the existing operation and the price was right. I think they are looking for a profitable company that needs an influx of cash for growth. When the economy improves, there will be the kind of opportunities like this available.
