This is from Raging Bull: ragingbull.com To all GNNX investors: I am very pleased to announce that the management of GNNX has negotiated a mutually satisfactory settlement to the lawsuit that we have been engaged in for the past 6 months. This lawsuit will be dismissed as soon as the necessary documents can be brought before the court for the judge's signature. I wish nothing but the best for Genesis and their shareholders and look forward to watching the future plans that have been laid out by the present management of GNNX to come to fruition. WOW, with 45 minutes to go before closing of the stock markets, GNNX is at .12. If it can only climb 1/2 cent more, then us old timers will have both GNNX and TNNS at 1/8. That will make this a very, very special day for all of us. And to think that at one time GNNX was above $3.00 and TNNS was at $12.00. At least that is what my Doctor here at "Happy Hokey Grounds" told me at this mornings conference. But it is not another beautiful sunny day here, as I am being put into "introspection" for the weekend. That is what happens when we become too happy, they feel the need to give us an "attitude adjustment". It is not too bad though, the electrical cords attach right to my jacket. Will most assuredly be in touch next week.
