Hi Kemble: Our Nashville Ops Manager says that Nashville is excited about Dell. Nashville has a lot of music money, and they apparently do have a tighter employment market. He told me that the city was excited that Dell would create more jobs for some of the lower income people (factory jobs etc.). Dell is building really close to our offices, near the airport. My new employee told me that her boyfriend, his brother and his brother's wife ALL work for Dell. I am jealous. The benefits are great. Dell has major ads in the Nashville paper. They are hiring big time. It's not my favorite town, but it just got a little brighter. I will be following the Nashville progress. LW
