"He basically said that I, along with certain other posters on the threads here and Raging Bull, would have their asses sued."

I believe that you're actually not worried about being sued. But that's only because you believe they will never be able to determine your true identity. When you registered with SI, you didn't provide your real name, did you? Most likely you paid for your registration with a money order, which also contained a phony name, didn't you? Whoever hired you to devote the past several weeks of your life to bashing MDHM and NPEC could not let your actions be traced to them, which requires that your identity be untraceable.

We missed you this morning. Did you have a meeting with your employer? Were you planning new strategy in light of recent developments at certain Canadian brokerage houses? Did your boss give you a revised set of talking points to use in your posts here?

You keep raising the possibility of a reverse split, but this company has officially stated that they have no intention of doing so. Should we believe the officers of a publicly traded company, who can be held legally accountable in a court of law by both the SEC and the shareholders? Or should we believe you, an anonymous individual who uses the alias Win-Lose-Draw, who cannot be held legally accountable for his statements? (Or so you hope.) You have posted here day after day for several weeks responding to almost every message, and yet you claim to have no financial interest. That is not credible. Why would anyone believe anything you have to say.
