People are not paying any attention the the Es or to the agreesive nature the SEC and NASD are pursuing matters of stocks that refuse to meet requirements. It wont be long and disclosure is going to get a lot tougher and listing requirements. The government does not care about shareholders they care about the regulations. That is what they enforce. Companies and shareholders think they can do whatever in the name of "that is not fair" Deaf ears on the government they have laws and until the laws are changed that is the way the government will operate. OTCs are going to start getting killed if they do not get fully reporting and current. This will stop a lot of the shells just sitting out there that can be run for the heck of it. It si changing and the change though some will hate it is going to change. GB
