Why haven't you sued them for what they have supposedly done to you? Who, MDHM or NPEC? I've never held any MDHM, and I didn't lose anything on NPEC. I have no standing...but if they, or someone effectively acting for them, sue me, then I have standing and can do what I need to do to defend myself by going after MDHM's and NPEC's books. The irony is that once the books are opened up and everyone sees just what is happening, the hypesters who file the suit are opening themselves up for a countersuit for pumping this POS. Don't ya just love America! :-)
