Are all the good news reflected in ORCL's price? Clearly not.
-The Street is just recognizing ORCL's turnaround. Salomon reiterated yesterday its Buy Rating and raised 00 EPS estimates by 5% to $1.05 and 01 EPS to $1.35. CSFB today upgraded ORCL to Strong Buy, raising FY00 EPS estimates by 10% to $1.07 and FY01 EPS to $1.27
-The Asian recovery and its strong impact on ORCL is not yet fully recognized in such upgraded estimates. The WSJ published today a very impressive description of such potential.

At current price levels, ORCL is valued only at a 50% premium to its expected earnings growth potential. This price equals at least a 25% discount to the stock price of other technology leaders such as EMC, SUNW, MSFT, CSCO, HWP and IBM. In other words, a $45 price target for ORCL is not unrealistic in this market environment.
