My Investor Code arrived from Schwab today. I came home early from work, completed the app. without any difficulty and it is now in the hands of FedEx to be delivered in NY in the AM. To all of you long-time investors with large portfolios, this is quite an exciting step for a "little guy" like me. Hope I get some shares. the agreement did say they consider selling within 60 days to be flipping. The penalty for flipping could be a trip to the end of the line for a while. Jim
