luther, if we hold a stock thro' earning, it's always a 50-50 gamble. This time we lost. I don't see any institutional dumping of the stock today. Uptrend of the stock is still intact - though it's hanging by a string. If we don't break-thro' $26 we'll have a chance.

I think coms is still triming its inventory at the expense of revenue growth. A buyer would want to buy a company with very low inventory so that it can integrate with its own products easily - even discarding a whole line of product if necessary. A buyer is not concerned about growth since growth will come under new synergies and management.
