Michael, Final verdict could be months away. I believe that both sides make submissions within a month; then the judge determines the facts; then both sides determine how the anti-trust laws would apply to the facts from jackson; then the verdict----could be months away. Then there could be remedies hearing. I heard the whole thing could go into December (approx) if all of the above stages are reached. Verdict in favor of MSFT (around September) would stop the whole thing. Or a settlement. Maybe someone else can correct/add to the above.
