SHCC closed deal with QWST. Check out the SHCC boards. QWST would not let them disclose their name in todays PR but you can call SHCC and they will confirm it over the phone. QWST is expected to release news of this deal early next week. You might want to check out SHCC.

Sorry, but I thought you might find this worth your time. SHCC has 14M in float and has had very good trading last 5 days with over 12M shares traded. It was formerly WOTD but changed their name on 6/6/99. Currently at .18 which is a steal considering all they have going. MM's also appear to be short on this one so this QWST deal could really catch them and send this one way up. Company has set goal of acquiring new companies to get their revenues per year to over 100M by Dec. 99.

I have taken enough of your time. I apologize if I have offended anyone for posting this on your thread. Just thought you would like to know of this deal and look into it.

Good luck to you all.

Bob

Aside from debt service, I would assume.
