Yes; it can be very entertaining to see the rumors and speculation about a dead company (HOPR) and the haven for the killers of it(CWRC). This latest announcement is one of the most believable of the past few years. I wonder how they will mess this one up. Can't wait to hear what the bottom line is one the joint project. From what I understand in talking to the town planner in BlackHawk is that they have some strict building codes in town. They want every project to reflect the mining era style. I believe in my talks he mentioned a height restriction. If done right, they may get a waver. My biggest question is why does Max Baer need CWRC? $5million lot is a small part of a $100mil project.
