LT: Check the SSA General report, it does explain that there were errors in the information sent to S& P, so it was returned. However, it does not say why the errors were not corrected and re-submitted, which would have been the obvious step to take. Regards, Basildon Bond

The 'Standards and Poor' situation was explained. The company had omitted some items so S&P sent the financials back to MRPS to be redone. My understanding is that that is common. I didn't consider it a big deal at the time. If the financials don't come out tomorrow, I am afraid that we will be revisiting the <$2 range. That would be OK for me since I currently have no position in the company. I do plan on getting back in, but this business with the financials will have to be settled before I make that leap again.
