William,
Hi!!!

RE: RE:Kimball-Thanks for the nice report-"I dug tunnels too".wbm

Great KISS (keep it simple stupid) show that DELL put on yesterday afternoon....The ears of the entire room were on him when he spoke...some laughter when he tossed a dig at CPQ...but the serious nature of the folks that I talked with was very impressive...all business...I'm sure DELL sold quite a few units yesterday due to the "tone" of what I heard...I assume that most of them were already buying DELL products ...obviously.....not everyone was buying DELL exclusively....and I am sure there were others that had not bought any DELL but were invited...What I did receive was a strong impression that DELL would be the preferred company for the rest of their technology business and be for years to come...Much of it depended when DELL could get the service force required to meet their demands...And, Michael made it very clear that DELL was working very hard to meet those demands and would see that they stayed ahead of the rest...He presented DELL as their best opportunity to expand into the 21st century...Aside from the sheer fact that I am a DELL bull and an admitted addicted DELL aholic...I was impressed...very impressed William...
There should be no doubt that DELL is perhaps the greatest single long term growth opportunity anywhere...This meeting further proved the necessity for what www.DELL.com has been creating for some time now...A culture...A culture that any one can count on....

Yes..BUY MORE...the rest of the year looks awesome...

Best, Kemble
