Yes, I believe that is what I said... the posts were removed because they contained true and accurate info regarding punks name and workplace - NOT because they were harrassing in nature. If I said that Mr Punk s real name is Albert DeSalvo and his address is 1492 Columbus blvd, there would be no penalty because it is fictitious info. (Albert Desalvo DOES have historic import however) If Mr Pinks name was mentioned in the Hitsgalore lawsuit, that news item could be posted here without consequence... or at the VERY least you could post the link to the info - same thing.
