North American Palladium is the best 'pure' palladium proxy, but apparently one must be a Canadian resident to trade it electronically. It has wide price movements, but is thinly traded there (T.PDL). Too bad the old NASDAQ listing for it (PDLCF) is not active.

For platinum separately, SWC is the only 'pure' one easily traded electronically in the US. Price movements are slower, and reflect mine building, environmental and other concerns in addition to overall pt/pd prices.

Sorry not be be helpful, but that was my point about lack of good equity proxys for the metals.
