A reporter from MSNBC.com just appeared on CNBC. He stated that AOL has confirmed a PC deal which could hook up people to the internet without any MSFT software(ie Windows98). The reporter mentioned this could have implications for the anti-trust trial.

You bet it has implications!
The government has been insisting that MSFT controls the platform and that there is no evidence of AOL actually pusueing the strategy.
I bet David Boies is starting to hate AOL right about now.
His beautiful courtroom performance could go out the "Window" <g>

AOL basically has been misleading Jackson and he won't be happy about that. I hope MSFT lawyers have a chance to get comments from the economist before the day is done.
I bet MSNBC.com is telling the lawyers right about now.<g>

Teflon: Good summary of where the market is (or should I say isn't). On the other hand this is the kind of a market you can sell calls in if you believe it isn't going to explode higher on one great happenin' day.JFD
