Jorj, Dorsey made a call on Seibel a few months ago... I tried to search the thread to find it but can't now (too long ago)... it was a sell signal. I thought that was a bad call for 2 reasons, one was that the bear market for software stocks actually started last September and by the time this call was made software was actually stabilizing and two is that Siebel is literally the most bouyant to the upside stock in all of software so why short them? That was all. I don't know much about technical analysis of any kind though... and of course I am a software industry person so its not really fair for me to criticize TA in the sector I know.
