So what's the float?

IDT insiders, etc., got 5.05 million IDX shares (including options) and I'll bet have sold about ten percent of that. Before acquiring IDT, there were about 25.5M shares out there . . . add 500K for IDT sales, subtract about 9.6M listed with insiders and institutions, and you get a float of (at most) about 16.4M shares (25.5M + .5M - 9.6M). Short interest is only at about 1M shares.
