Sam, SOST seems to be in a narrow trading range lately (wall at $2.50). If overall market stays soft and SOSt's volume stays light MM's might try to take out some stops (stop losses) and run the price down again to accumulate for their inventory.

I also received the annual report and believe the SFX deal is beneficial to SOST (they have shifted the risk of exhibition capital outlays, etc to SFX). SOST will receive net 65% of revenues from exhibitions with a guaranteed minimum of $8.5 million (it will be interesting to see their revenue in the first full Q under the SFX agreement). I still believe with the minimum annual fee SOST should double earnings next year (to about $.40 a share from $.21)
