To think that the DOJ has hammered based on emails, hand scribbled notes, heresay and conjecture, and yet market decisions like this one from AOL go unnoticed.

Boies and Jackson must be sharing a Hotel Room somewhere late at night together. This is the only way I can rationalize what has transpired. This comment is not intended to offend anyone.

As a shareholder, I am wayyyy beyond that stage I refuse to even watch or read about the trial it is so silly. our priorities in this country are screwed up if we allow the gov't to keep doing this to co's like msft.
