Mark, you know that I have been posting here a long time and I never said I was 100% sure of anything. Well, as of todays date I'm 100% sure there is a verbal agreement that the final price will be $9.00 a share or S3 will up the .52 exchange. One cavart, the verbal agreement can be changed at anytime by either party, no collars. However, both side are confident the deal will be done. There are strong hints S3 will do better than -20 this Q. One who as sampled GX4 told me nothing will touch it.
