Whopee, speed limits were way before that.

A little note of nuts. My cousin was working a road job when the ruling came down. OSHA required a beeping for trucks backing up to be 110 decibels. EPA fined for anything over 90 decibels. They kept paying the lower fine until it was worked out. Some days it doesn't pay to get outta bed.
