Frank, I am all over it. I think I am going to go for a run so that I may clear my head. And to top it all off, that putz Klein is on CNBC talking about he is saving the competitive landscape of the high tech market in America through the DOJ's endeavor.

I cannot believe this is happening in my beloved US of A.

This behavior is flat out criminal. I do not understand how the DOJ gets away with this. I sure as hell hope that MSFT doesn't settle. Fight this battle to the bitter end, I say.

The Appeals Court process should be a gift at this rate. Jackson should have a nice case of the sh_ts after hearing this AOL/Mircoworkz news while the door was slamming him in the a_s on his way out of the courtroom. I hope his medicine chest is empty, and his car breaks down on the way home.
